Summertime Fun part 1

It feels like the summer just barely started, yet it's half over already! Next thing you know, the kids will all be getting ready to go back to school. What's even more depressing...school supplies are already out in the stores! Besides all the rain and flooding we've had around here, there have been a few nice days that we got to get out and have a little fun.


Preslie took golf lessons, and now golfs weekly with one or both of my parents.






We go on walks in the evening...sometimes with the dog, sometimes with a bike



We've picked gobs and gobs of strawberries

We attended cousin Grace's 5th birthday/water party extravaganza






We baked cake-in-a-jar for the neighbors (and us too!)





Preslie & Kyrie drew cool things on the sidewalk (7/4/11)






We've spent lots of time in the pool at grandma's (at times, with water balloons)




And some tandom bike-riding






Whew! That's quite a few things in the short amount of summer we've had so far. Here's to hoping the rest of the summer is equally fun!
