Plans Shmans

Well today didn't go exactly as planned. I was supposed to:
1. Get up early and go to work for 5 hours of OT.
2. Be off work by 2 so that I could take the kids to an easter egg hunt.
3. Clean the house and do laundry.
4. Relax!

What really happened was...I went to work for a couple hours (2.5 to be exact) in time to get off and take Preslie and Kycen to an Easter Egg Hunt at the Dinosaur Park. Well...my information was incorrect as the Hunt is really next Saturday! BUMMER! And of course, sweet little Preslie said, "it's ok, but we can still go walk around, right?!" So of course, we still walked around. It was such a lovely day out, so I thought, why not? Unfortunately, I did have to go back to work to finish up the last 2.5 hours that didn't get done in the earlier part of the day, getting me home at 9pm. So much for #3 and #4 on my list huh? lol
