Spring Break was a BUST

As it turns out, the last 5 days was Preslie's spring break from school. And lets just be honest, the weather was anything but great. Not. Good. At. All. It snowed most of the weekend, and then the very LAST day, it decided to be pretty decent. Pretty decent as in it wasn't raining and/or snowing, and the sky was clear. It was in no way very warm outside. But of course, I had to work that day. *sigh* Such is life right?!

Attempting to spend some time outside this afternoon/evening, we did have a little makeshift picnic in the driveway (because the grass was still sopping wet from all the moisture from the prior 4 days). We probably looked completely silly with a blanket in the middle of the driveway, eating chicken, and shivering. Because it was kinda chilly outside.

Here in Utah, I think we take the decent days we get and just eat them up! Because I did notice kids in short shorts and flip flops earlier that day, and it wasn't that warm. I was still wearing a hoodie. :)
